Most therapists didn't go into practice to become finance experts. But running a sustainable practice, whether solo or group, requires understanding a handful of numbers that billing software often buries in reports.
Productivity Calculator exists to make those numbers visible. The core metric, your productivity rate, is what determines whether your schedule is financially healthy. The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) publishes benchmarks for behavioral health clinicians every year. Most therapists have never seen them. We built this calculator to bring that data to the surface in a form that takes 30 seconds to use.
